The Tap Room


Thank you for considering The Lower Deck for your future event! The Tap Room, located on our third floor, is a multi-use venue that can accommodate groups from 20-200 people for any occasion. Private functions hosted in The Tap Room include birthdays, weddings, small ceremonies (30 max), sit down dinners (110 max), graduations and Christmas parties. Meals can vary from cocktail receptions to formal three course meals. 

No rental fee or deposit required! 

Included in the room is a private bar and bartender, linen, glassware, dinnerware, IPod music system, and your own Event Planner who will help you the whole way. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and will work with you on the planning process. No question is too big or to small. Our mission is for you to relax, be worry free, and for you and your guests to have a memorable experience.


Our catering division has experience ranging from on and off site large scale events such as the Tall Ships, G7, Halifax International Busker Festival ,and Great Big Picnic - Our catering staff can accommodate from 10 to 10,000 guests.
